The Wabasso is a new construction, Mid-Century Modern, 2,800 sf single-family residence. This residence will feature luxurious living spaces and custom interior design with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

Project Under Construction

The Triplex on Briggs is a 3-unit plus ADU townhome style complex. All units are between 2-3 bedrooms ranging between 1,000-1,450 square feet. The architecture of this building will be abstract modern with a modern minimalist interior.  

The Koffmann Residence is an existing traditional Spanish home. Our scope of work will including a second story addition, full backyard and site remodel with an addition of a pool and spa, and the conversion of the garage into a gym, office and pool house. With our clients having impeccable taste, this upgrade will be full of intricate details and custom design using Spanish and Adobe-style architecture. 

The Virginia is a 6,000 square foot home located in the heart of Glendale. This corner property will be taking on an 800 square foot addition which will include a spa, gym and entertainment center. This will complement the proposal of a resort-style backyard featuring a zero-entry pool, poolside lounge areas, outdoor fine dining, and more. 

The exterior of this home will convert to a modern Japanese-Style architecture featuring glass wall systems which give a seamless flow between the inside and the outside.
