Highlighted Projects

The Commonwealth

The Commonwealth is a luxurious 3,000 square foot home located in the hills of beautiful Los Feliz. The exterior of this residence has been restored to its original Spanish Revival architecture. The interior has been remodeled for the modern lifestyle, using an open floor plan, and upgrading all the bedrooms to master bedrooms.

This property also has a new one bedroom and one bathroom detached additional dwelling unit (ADU).

The Country Club

The Country Club is a 2,500 square foot Mid-Century home located in Glendale with a beautiful view of the Country Club golf course.

The interior remodel of this residence will introduce sloped ceilings, an open floor plan and an upgrade to Mid-Century Modern Architecture.

The exterior of this residence will also be upgraded by painting the existing brick, which will accent the new wood paneling and black window frame finishes.

This property also has a proposal for a two bedroom, two bathroom, 1,000 square foot ADU on the rear end of the property with its own access from the side street.
